The List

Some background:

On weeknights, it’s really difficult to come up with the time and energy to cook up something taking more than an hour. Most of the time, I come home nearly exhausted and just want something quick to eat. I used to just stop by a local restaurant and pick up some take-out but that started getting expensive and I was gaining weight (BOO!). And as for my cooking, I started falling into the habit of cooking the same few dishes over and over again. That got old fast.

So I came up with a little bit of a plan. Put together a list of ~100 recipes (that I like of course) that all roughly take about an hour (not including marinating time, etc) and then I’ll have a nice bucket of recipes to pick from for all weeknight meals! Awesome right? Well, it’s a little more daunting than I thought, I only accumulated about a dozen to two dozen recipes in the first 6 months!

But anyway, here they are! And a big thanks to everyone that gave me permission to reproduce/alter their recipes!
