Now that summer is officially kickstarted, it’s time for vacation! Just finished booking my trips this year and I can’t wait, especially for the trip to Southern California!
Not much to post about today, just showing some pictures of random stuff I’ve been cooking up lately. I got into a bit of a cooking rut (with commitments and whatnot) but after glancing at my freezer, I think that’s probably going to change soon (I’ve got at least 15 pounds of frozen meat/seafood in there right now and that’s a low estimate!).
The beef hor fun looks so good!
