I totally know how you feel about baking--I used to be really wary of it because I&#039;m bad at things like measuring and following directions.  I love cooking because I pretty much just make things up as I go along, and I&#039;m much less likely to run into disaster.  I&#039;ve been baking a lot more in the past year or so, however, and it seems way less daunting.  But I still get nervous when I try baking something for the first time :)</description>
